Valencia – 14.02.20. The 14 students from different ports in Argentina and other countries in the region (Uruguay and Ecuador) who have participated in the 2nd edition of the Master in Logistics and Port Management in Argentina finished yesterday the last week of classroom training included in the program.
During this week, Francesc Sanchez, general director of the Port Authority of Valencia, has given the last classes of the subject “port management”. 12 Hours of planning and management of ports that put on track the last phase of 6 months for the elaboration of the Final Master’s Thesis (TFM) and the subsequent obtaining of the degree.
The program will conclude, its more than 500 teaching hours, with the last online module dedicated to human resource management and focused on talent and innovation in organizations, which will be given by Ana Rumbeu, Training Director of the Fundación Valenciaport.
It should be remembered that the classes in this program are developed in a mixed format, 66% online and 34% classroom, adding up to a total of 6 weeks of classroom training, held in Buenos Aires, and one in Valencia, which took place in November 2019. The Master in Logistics and Port Management, managed by the Fundación Valenciaport and backed by the Universidad Politécnica de València (UPV) is an innovative programme which, under the auspices and leadership of the Port of Buenos Aires, and the collaboration of the Inter-American Committee on Ports (CIP- OEA), has become consolidated as a top-level academic proposal in Latin America.
