Course objectives
The course will focus on improving the efficiency of external sanitation controls and the correct application of food contact materials regulations. This course has been designed to provide economic operators with a thorough and practical understanding of the challenges and regulations that affect their daily operations.
The main objective of this course is to train participants in the identification and correction of common errors in the submission of documentation, as well as in the correct application of regulations related to food contact materials. Through a series of workshops, attendees will gain practical knowledge and standardised models that will enable them to streamline and improve their inspection processes.
Who it is aimed at
Aimed at economic operators (freight forwarders, customs agents, logistics operators, importers, shipping companies, shippers, etc.).
Programme
This session will review the regulations applicable to non-plastic polymeric materials, as well as other materials such as glass, ceramics and metals. Standardised models will be presented to systematise and organise the information presented to the inspection personnel, with the aim of facilitating and speeding up the inspection.
Teaching team
Professionals from the Health Department of the Government Delegation in the Valencian Community and from the Ministry on days 2 and 3.
