- During the meeting, the Higher Technical Training Cycle in International Trade – Port Logistics Specialisation was presented, which has been designed by Fundación Valenciaport and which will be taught from September onwards
Valencia, 11 April 2022. – The training team of Fundación Valenciaport participated, last Friday and Saturday, in the fair “La formació professional al carrer” (“Vocational training on the street”), an event organised by the Regional Ministry of Education in the Valencia City Hall square, which showed, in a very participative format, the 25 professional families offered by the Valencian education system.
During the meeting, teachers and students presented different projects to show, first hand, the wide range of training opportunities, with high employability, offered by the VET. Among them, it is worth highlighting the Higher Technical Training Cycle in International Trade – Port Logistics Specialisation – which has been designed by Fundación Valenciaport taking into account the needs of the port logistics community and seeking to improve job placement. This cycle, public and free, will be taught from next September in the 4 centres that collaborate in this project with Fundación Valenciaport: Ausiàs March, Grau, Pere Boïl and Mislata.
During the two days of the event, hundreds of young people came to the stand of the Fundación Valenciaport to find out more about the programme.
The Valencian Government seeks, through Vocational Training, to transform the economic and social model of the Valencian Community and to strengthen the training offer linked to the productive economy in order to achieve full employment.
