Course title: TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED TRANSPORT OF GOODS (REEFER)
Format: Presence-based
Date:
Timetable:
Language: Spanish
Course objectives
The trade in perishable goods is growing exponentially, especially in meat products and in the export of fruit and vegetables. The specific characteristics of temperature-controlled transport and the increasingly distant destinations of exports, with the consequent lengthening of transit times, make it necessary for all those involved in the sector to have a thorough knowledge of the subject.
The aim of this course is to provide basic and eminently practical information to companies involved in one way or another in the transport of perishable goods at regulated temperatures.
With this course, the student will:
- Will know how to prepare their goods and select the appropriate means of transport, depending on their specific characteristics and transit time.
- Will become familiar with the resources available to avoid damage to the goods or, where appropriate, to compensate for such damage.
- They will be familiar with the specific documentary requirements demanded by the regulations.
- And you will know how to effectively manage claims that may arise in the event of damage or delays in transport.
Who it is aimed at
To companies involved in one way or another in the transport of perishable goods at regulated temperatures, to export companies, to logistics operators and to all professionals working in legal departments in the port logistics sector.
