Between 1998 and 2004 he was a Senior Research Technician at the Institute of International Economics at the Universities of Valencia, Alicante and Castellón, where he coordinated R&D activities in different fields related to economics, transport and logistics, making his first contact with the sector. Since April 2004 he has been Project Director of the Fundación Valenciaport, being responsible for the promotion and coordination of the different areas of the Foundation. In addition, his curricular specialization is oriented towards innovation in topics related to trade and logistics in the maritime-port area.
