Valencia – 01.03.22. Fundación Valenciaport is launching a new line of activity, opening up a space for companies in the port logistics sector – in the format of conferences – to present their projects, challenges and opportunities, in order to attract talent among its postgraduate, specialised and vocational training students and alumni.

The first conference within the framework of this initiative will have A.P. Moller-Maersk as guest company and will be held on 8 March at 18:00 at the Valenciaport Foundation facilities, under the title “Maersk is looking for talent for its end-to-end value chain”.

A.P. Moller-Maersk is an integrated container logistics company and a member of the A.P. Moller Group with a specialised team of around 95,000 people operating in 130 countries.

During the day, students and alumni of the Valenciaport Foundation will hear presentations by José Picazo Rivera, Area Head of Direct Customers; Carlos Andrés Sastre, SWE Lead Logistics Mgr; Tamara Beti, Customer Service Team Leader SCM and Alberto Martorell, Customer Service Team Leader SCM. After the conference, a selection process will be opened.
