Fulfilling its annual appointment, and after five years since the beginning of its monitoring in 2018, the seminar aims to review the factors that have conditioned the evolution of the Valencia Containerised Freight Index (VCFI) throughout 2022, the expected year of economic recovery after the crisis caused by the pandemic, whose forecast has been truncated by the Russian invasion of Ukraine and its consequent impact on the price level.

The report will be presented by the Port Authority of Valencia and Fundación Valenciaport team and will include a keynote speech by the expert Jean-Paul Rodrigue, as well as the director of the Valenciaport Chair of Port Economics APV-UV.
