The objective of this technical assistance is to review the current structure of the composition of the port’s human resources, its functioning, its organisation chart and the competencies of the people working in it, in order to evaluate its alignment with the strategic vision and challenges of the port, identifying the existing deficiencies and designing and implementing an Action Plan which will put the port on the right track.

To this end, it is proposed to work on 3 specific objectives:

1. Review of the current staff structure of the Port of Bahia Blanca in relation to the current needs of the port and its challenges.

2. Evaluation of the shortcomings and weaknesses of the port staff and/or its structures which prevent it from achieving its objectives.

3. Design and implementation of an Action Plan to empower resources and provide them with the necessary skills and competencies.
